01Definition

Filming a conference or trade show means extending the investment: session replays, booth aftermovie, on-the-spot prospect interviews.

A booth costs weeks of preparation and days on the show floor. Video turns it into a sales asset that works all year round.

05Frequently asked questions about trade show filming

01How much does trade show video coverage cost?
From €1,800 excl. VAT for a half-day with a booth aftermovie. A full 2-3 day setup with replays and interviews falls under the Signature package, up to €3,500 excl. VAT.
02How do you capture conference audio?
Direct feed from the room's sound desk when there is one, wireless mics on the speakers otherwise. Audio is the first quality criterion of a replay: it gets prepared before the event day.
03What should you film on a booth?
Real life: demos, meetings, foot traffic, the team behind the scenes. Plus two or three visitor and prospect interviews, the best social proof for next year's edition.
04How many cameras for a keynote?
Two cameras minimum for a broadcast-ready replay: a wide shot and a tight shot on the speaker. Three for panel discussions.
05Can you interview prospects on the booth?
Yes, we even recommend it: one simple question, a 30-second answer, release form signed on the spot. Those soundbites fuel your prospecting all year long.
06What are the delivery times?
Aftermovie within 72 business hours, so you publish while the show is still the talk of the industry. Replays and interviews within 7 business days. Deadlines written into the contract.
