01Definition

Filming a corporate seminar turns it into an asset: aftermovie, interviews, social clips. Seen by the whole company, not just the people in the room.

70% of your employees weren't there. Video coverage extends the event, fuels engagement and shows the executive committee exactly what the budget delivered.

05Frequently asked questions about seminar filming

01How much does filming a corporate seminar cost?
From €1,800 excl. VAT (Essentiel pack: half-day, short aftermovie) to €3,500 excl. VAT (multi-camera Signature pack, the most requested for a one-day seminar). Our detailed 2026 pricing benchmark is freely available in the resources.
02How many cameras do you need?
One mobile camera is enough for an aftermovie. Count on 2 to 3 cameras to film a plenary session with a replay. The exact number of cameras is agreed together at the brief, based on room size and the number of speakers.
03Is the crew discreet during workshops?
Yes: a light crew, compact gear, no additional lighting in the workshops. Confidential sessions are excluded from filming on simple instruction.
04What are the delivery times?
Aftermovie within 72 working hours, interviews and clips within 7 working days. Deadlines are written into the contract, with a late-delivery penalty.
05How do you handle employee image rights?
Individual release forms signed before the event, non-identifying wide shots for anyone who hasn't consented, and signed attestations handed over with the deliverables.
06What happens to the raw footage?
Transferred on request along with the deliverables. It stays usable afterwards for additional clips, a teaser for next year's edition or employer-branding content.
