A direct conversation with Paul, director and single point of contact : roles to showcase, profiles, distribution channels.

Internal casting of volunteers, anti-stage-fright coaching for each of them, scouting of the workstations.

Shoot

1 day on site

Filmed at the workstation, in real working conditions. 3 to 4 testimonials per day, with employees put at ease.

05Frequently asked questions about employee testimonials

01How much does an employee testimonial video cost?
From €1,800 excl. VAT for a single testimonial (half-day shoot, 60-90 s edit). A series of 3 to 5 role-based testimonials with social media cutdowns falls under the Signature and Premium packs, from €3,500 to €6,800 excl. VAT.
02How much of each employee's time does it take?
Two hours maximum, coaching included. Filming happens at their actual workstation, with no artificial staging : that is what makes the testimonial credible.
03What if employees are nervous in front of the camera?
We plan for it : every speaker is coached before the shoot (the method is detailed in our anti-stage-fright guide). Questions are asked as a conversation, never a script to recite.
04How many testimonials can be filmed in one day?
3 to 4 full testimonials, on a single site. Beyond that, the quality of attention drops : better to spread the work over two dates.
05What happens if an employee leaves the company?
Every speaker signs an image rights release. If they leave, their video is taken down on simple request : it is provided for in the contract.
06Where can these videos be used?
Careers site, job postings, LinkedIn, recruitment fairs, onboarding for new joiners. A single shoot feeds all of these channels thanks to the 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 versions.
