Our event video coverage services start from €1,800 excl. VAT for a half-day shoot with an aftermovie edit (Essential package). The Signature package at €3,500 excl. VAT, which includes individual interviews and social clips, remains the most requested. The Premium multi-camera package at €6,800 excl. VAT covers major annual events. As every project is unique, we draw up a tailored quote after an initial 15-minute call.

No. Our quote is all-inclusive: gear, crew, preparation, shoot, editing and delivery. Only travel beyond Île-de-France (accommodation, long-distance transport) and specific post-delivery requests (major changes, extra versions) may require an addendum, always agreed with you before any commitment.

We usually deliver aftermovies and video content within 72 hours of the event. This fast turnaround lets you capitalise on the momentum of your seminar or convention while the energy is still fresh. For complex projects (multi-day, advanced motion design), turnaround can extend to 10 business days, always communicated in advance.

We're based in Île-de-France and shoot most of our coverage in and around Paris. We also work throughout France and abroad for the seminars, conventions and galas of our large-account clients. Travel costs are included in the quote, fully transparently.

The team varies by format: 1 person for essential coverage (single camera, light interviews), 2 to 3 people for premium coverage (multi-camera, parallel individual interviews), and up to 5 people for bespoke coverage of a large event. Our team stays discreet, responsive and professional: the goal is for your attendees to forget we're there.

An advance recce is always welcome for complex events, but not mandatory. For familiar venues or recurring formats, a video call with the venue plan is often enough. For conventions, galas and non-standard sites, we recommend a physical recce: it lets us anticipate angles, lighting, sound and technical constraints to guarantee a flawless result.

For multi-day conventions (2 to 5 days), we adapt the team and shoot plan to cover every key moment: plenaries, workshops, highlights, gala evenings. We offer daily deliveries (next-day teasers) to feed communications during the event, then an overall aftermovie + themed clips per day to extend the life of the content.
